Iowa $1 Tobacco Tax Passes Senate with Flying Colors
Iowa's long-awaited tobacco tax is one step closer to passage, winning approval in the Iowa Senate. My fellow Dowling alums Sens. Matt McCoy and Brad Zaun were on opposite sides of the issue. I guess Urbandale doesn't have underage smokers, Senator Zaun?
